Maintenance Request Form

All general maintenance request must be submitted in writing

We ask that you report any matters requiring repairs or maintenance immediately in the interest of avoiding the risk of injury to you and others or damage to the rented property.

Any maintenance arranged by the tenant outside of our normal business hours will be made at the tenants’ expense, unless it is proven to be an urgent requirement.

If urgent repairs are required, you should contact and notify the property manager right away, via phone call or email. We will then arrange for the repairs to be done as soon as possible. If you are unable to reach us, check your tenancy agreement for the details of a nominated trades-person to contact. Please note that there is a limit of $1000.00 granted for urgent repairs.

In the event of emergencies in which your rented property is damaged by natural causes such as fallen trees, flood or extreme storm damages, please contact SES on 132500.
