Maintenance Request Form

All general maintenance must be put in writing using the repair/request request forms below.

We ask that you report any matters requiring repairs or requests immediately to avoid the risk of injury to visitors or damage to the rented property.

Any maintenance problem arranged by the tenant outside our normal business hours will be at the tenants cost unless it is proven to be an extreme emergency.

If urgent repairs are needed you should notify us over the phone right away. We will arrange for the repairs to be done as soon as possible.
If you cannot reach us, check your tenancy agreement for the details of a nominated tradesperson to contact.
If you cannot reach us or the contact person on the tenancy agreement, you can contact a licensed trade person yourself. Please note there is a limit of $1000.00 for urgent repairs.
Call SES on 132500 for any emergencies like fallen down trees damaged the house / flood or serious storm damages.
