Sima has lived and worked in Ku-ring-gai for 38 years and as a result developed a detailed knowledge of the population, landscape, economics, amenities, topography and the community which are indicators that drive the property market. This enables Sima to identify a property and marry it to a prospective purchaser’s criteria, seamlessly. As a property professional, Sima started her career with a multi-national property development company based in the Sydney metropolitan area. Sima was responsible for the acquisition of land and sales of few completed strata residential projects e.g. Manly, Darlinghurst, Parramatta and Lindfield. Following her 5 year role as a project manager, Sima decided to combine her knowledge of the area with the skills acquired from her previous role to establish a real estate agency buying the franchise ‘Asset Realty’ whom were an established group of agents specialising in Sydney’s North shore property market. When the franchiser’s changed the brand to ‘PRD Nationwide’ Sima decided to rebrand to Ray White Group, her business as Ray White Gordon / St Ives. Sima together with her team have successfully being selling properties up and down the North Shore for over 20 years, whether it be houses, strategic land sales or multi-storey strata developments.

Sima is renowned as one of the best closers in Sydney’s North Shore combining her knowledge and her iron clad negotiating skills which always accompanies her to the table.
